My 7 month old dog mates with sofa pillows. Is this normal?

At 7 months, your dog is entering puberty and is discovering his sexuality. You should discourage this behavior. Grown dogs should not do this, as it is a sign of an exaggerated sex drive which can lead to awkward situations when you have guests, or problems when your adult dog meets other dogs.
