Maltipoo

The Malti-Poo is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Maltese and the Poodle . The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed.

These dogs take on the temperanment of both Poodle and Maltese. They are bold, energetic little dogs. Maltipoos are also highly intelligent and easy to train, but can be difficult to housebreak. They are sometimes suspsious of strangers.

A Poodle Maltese mix can create various mixtures of hair color, hair type, and size. They can also be nonshedding and most are hypoallergenic.
