When walking at night, not only do you need to be seen, but your dog, who might break free and dart across the street, needs to be illuminated as well. Fortunately, a wide variety of gadgets that include headlamps, blinkers, illuminated leashes and collars, and some reflective clothing can do much to ensure your and your pet's safety.
